1. Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data will be processed by Harabat Tourism Trade Limited Company ("Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data (name, surname, contact information, requested travel itinerary/hotel details);

• Evaluation of your information requests regarding ticketing, accommodation, tourism, and travel services submitted through our website,
• Management of customer relationship processes and communicating with you,
• Customization and recommendation of products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences and needs,

will be processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

3. To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners (airline companies, hotels, bus companies, etc.) and authorized public institutions and organizations within legal limits for the execution of travel, accommodation, and ticketing operations in compliance with legal legislation.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected manually through verbal/written channels via contact forms on our website (harabat.com), our phone numbers, email addresses, or our WhatsApp support line. These data are processed based on legal grounds specified in Article 5/2-c of KVKK ("necessary processing of personal data of contract parties provided it is directly related to establishment or execution of a contract") and Article 5/2-ç ("mandatory for data controller to fulfill legal obligation").

5. Rights of Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of KVKK

As a personal data subject, you can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to our company's legal address or via secure electronic signature to info@harabat.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest in accordance with KVKK legislation.
